2016 Annual Meeting

The 2016 meeting was held at the Conference Center at Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA. With approximately 75 people in attendance, the meeting was a huge success. The two breakout sessions consisted of:

• Public Safety/Incident Management led by Art Kaplan
• Economic Development/Transportation Infrastructure/Freight led by Jonathan Bowser
